Unlike the Lullaby Earth Twin 7" Mattress, the Naturepedic Organic Twin Mattress does not come with a removable cover. While the waterproof side of the 2-in-1 easily wipes clean, you could also use an organic waterproof mattress protector pad for convenience. When using the quilted side, we strongly recommended that you use a waterproof mattress pad in order to protect the mattress from accidents and spills.
