Unfortunately, we are unable to change any billing information (payment method or billing address) once the order has been placed and payment was accepted.
For any billing address changes, as long as the payment was processed successfully, you are all set on our end!
For any payment method changes, please reach out to us at hello@nestig.com as soon as possible and we can cancel an order with incorrect payment so you may re-order with the correct payment! Please note that we are unable to make any changes once any items in the order have shipped!
